About the Role
You will act as a Key Support Worker for a designated group of customers, providing regular one-to-one support sessions and tailored interventions. Using a trauma-informed and person-centred approach, you will help individuals develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed to move towards independent living.
This is a varied and highly rewarding role that combines practical support, emotional encouragement and effective partnership working.
