The Role
Are you seeking a rewarding role that provides consistency and deep relationships with clients? We are looking for compassionate Live‑In Care Assistants to provide 24/7 residential care to clients in their own homes, becoming an integral part of their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
* 24-Hour Support: Providing personal care, companionship, and practical assistance.
* Household Management: Cooking, cleaning, and managing the home environment.
* Health Support: Monitoring health and assisting with medication.
* Companionship: Building a trusting, long‑term relationship.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* Minimum 1 year of professional care experience.
* Ability to work independently without on‑site supervision.
* Flexibility to stay in placement for 4–12 weeks.
