YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team to bring our brands to life where it matters the most – at the point of purchase.
You’ll lead the planning and execution of insight-driven shopper marketing campaigns across our major retail partners. With a strong commercial mindset and a passion for brand storytelling, you’ll be the connector between brand strategy, customer plans and omnichannel execution.
We’re talking:
* Crafting and activating shopper specific plans for our pizza and cake categories
* Using data and insights to influence shopper behaviour and deliver real results
* Partnering closely with Sales, Brand and Category teams
* Bringing online and offline shopper marketing together for maximum impact
* Integrating & managing Citrus sponsored products campaigns
* Managing retailer media, budgets and ROI with precision and agility
* Working with agencies and retail partners to deliver standout activations

What you bring:
* Experience working with major UK retailers and external agencies
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Confident communicator with a knack for bringing ideas to life
* Logical, adaptable and creative under pressure
* IT literate with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and we are currently working to a hybrid working model where 2/3 days per week are home working. You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face-to-face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
