Role: Jetting Technician / Drainage Engineer
Location: Field-Based – Wrexham/Shrewsbury/Wolverhampton and surrounding areas
Salary: £28,682 to £31,182 per annum (depending on experience) + overtime
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time - Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

This is a new position within our Operations & Maintenance team, responsible for maintaining our water networks by using specialised jetting equipment to clear blockages. We operate across over 1,000 Ministry of Defence sites—check out the Areas we operate - Ancala Water Services.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Delivering reactive and proactive operations and maintenance on wastewater networks
2. Inspecting systems with CCTV to identify causes of blockages
3. Using high-pressure water jetting equipment to clear drains and sewers
4. Performing low-level repairs and installing 'cured-in-place pipe' (CIPP) repairs
5. Communicating with customers to explain work in understandable terms
6. Documenting findings and actions using mobile IT devices
What You’ll Bring:
1. Experience with high-pressure jetting equipment
2. Plumbing and/or drainage maintenance experience (advantageous)
3. IT literacy with mobile devices and Microsoft Office
4. Good physical fitness for confined spaces and demanding environments
5. Excellent communication skills
About You:
* Have lived in the UK continuously for at least 5 years and can obtain full UK Security Vetting
* Hold a full, valid driving licence and are comfortable driving a van and towing a trailer (training available)
* Available for overnight stays as needed
