32.5 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year

2 x Level 2 - 1:1 Teaching Assistants
The Governors of St. John’s Mosley Common C.E. Primary School are seeking to appoint 2 Level 2 Teaching Assistants who are enthusiastic and highly motivated to support the teaching and learning of a pupil in KS1 and a pupil in KS2, supporting the children 1:1 and in small groups.
Applicants should have experience of:
* Working with children with difficulties in:
* Communication and interaction.
* Social and emotional wellbeing.
* Concentration skills/motivation skills.
Applicants should have:
* Excellent behaviour management skills including positive reinforcement and feedback.
* Good English and Maths skills.
* Experience of delivering Speech & Language programmes and English and Maths interventions.
* Experience of feeding back to the class teacher in relation to children’s progress.
All applicants should have the ability to work on their own initiative, be flexible to the child’s and class teacher’s needs, have a caring nature and have the ability to work as a team member.
