Pay and Benefits:
* Salary range £25,000-£27,000 per annum with bonus

* DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role
As a member of the Corporate Actions team, the Senior Analyst executes routine and complex transactions with general supervision, referring the most complex and risk-related transactions to management. Interacts with customers to assess problems and gather information that must be escalated. Will undergo training to keep up with operational changes and develop subject matter expertise.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
* Execute operational processes by following documented procedures and job aids, suggest improvements on process and efficiency, resolve exceptions, and assist with complex inquiries.
* Own workload, ensure deliverables are met in line with procedures, metrics, and benchmarks, while managing competing priorities.
* Build knowledge of department controls, monitor and mitigate risk, and escalate appropriately.
* Maintain a focus on client service by responding to inquiries promptly and accurately.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrate effective communication skills, participate actively in meetings, and accept feedback for growth.
* Facilitate training sessions for junior team members as directed.
* Participate in projects and initiatives.
* Integrate risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and escalate risks as needed.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of related experience
* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed For Success:
* Previous data entry and analysis experience helpful
* Knowledge of the Financial Markets is desirable but not crucial
* Ability to work well in a team
* Proficiency in MS Office
