Employee Relations Consultant Location: Medway (Hybrid working) Salary: £37,732 – £43,695 Our client is currently recruiting for two experienced Employee Relations Consultants – one permanent position and one 12-month fixed term contract – to join a busy and forward-thinking public sector HR team based in Medway, working on a hybrid basis. About the role This is a key Employee Relations role providing expert HR advice, coaching, and case management support across a diverse and complex organisation. You will play a pivotal part in supporting managers to handle employee relations issues confidently, fairly, and consistently. You will take ownership of a varied caseload and provide specialist guidance across a wide range of HR matters including sickness absence, capability, disciplinaries, grievances, and formal investigations.
