Job Description
3. Process and manage supplier invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies effectively.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions.
6. Assist in preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
7. Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to support month-end activities.
8. Respond to supplier queries promptly and professionally.
9. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding financial processes.
10. Assist in process improvements for greater efficiency in accounts payable operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
11. Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
12. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
14. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
15. The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
