Electronics Manufacturing Lead | RoystonOur client is an established and internationally operating engineering and manufacturing organisation with over 30 years of experience delivering high-performance technical products to global markets.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation for engineering excellence.The RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Engineering Lead to join their Manufacturing Engineering team.You will lead a small team of Electronics Manufacturing and Test Engineers/Technicians and manage projects supporting the introduction of new products, processes, and automated test systems.Key Responsibilities+Lead and develop a small team of Electronics Manufacturing & Test Engineers/Technicians+Deliver new products, processes, and automated test equipment into manufacturing+Design, develop, validate, and document automated test and verification systems+Support manufacturing through structured fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and robust corrective actions+Collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality, Operations, and external suppliersEssential Skills & Experience+Advanced electronic and electrical design expertise+Experience designing circuits and PCB layouts for test and programming equipment using modern CAD tools+Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability on high-sensitivity electronic assemblies+Experience within a technical manufacturing or electronics engineering environmentThis is a rare opportunity to take ownership of advanced electronics manufacturing capability within a respected and growing engineering business.
