Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 42.5 hours per week (8am-5pm Monday- Friday)

About the role:
We are looking for a skilled Plasterer to join our local repairs team, working across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. This is a field-based role delivering high quality plastering repairs and refurbishment works within occupied residential properties, with customer service at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for completing a wide range of plastering repairs, ensuring work is completed right first time, safely, on schedule and to agreed quality standards, while maintaining a professional and courteous approach with tenants and colleagues.
1. Undertake all aspects of plastering repairs including walls and ceilings
2. Carry out general repair works such as filling and making good
3. Deliver high quality workmanship in line with agreed standards and procedures
4. Ensure a first-time fix approach while working within time and budget parameters
5. Maintain a strong focus on customer service and tenant satisfaction
6. Use a PDA to complete job updates, worksheets, photographs and related tasks
7. Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment in good condition
8. Collect and manage materials and van stock as required
9. Work safely at all times, following health and safety procedures
Key Criteria:
10. Proven experience working as a Plasterer
11. Full UK driving licence
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
13. Strong communication skills and a professional manner
14. NVQ Level 2 in Plastering is desirable
15. Experience working in social housing is desirable
