Head of IT & Data Management
to drive digital transformation, automation, and data strategy across its operations. This is a hands-on leadership role blending strategy with execution, overseeing IT infrastructure, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud adoption, and intelligent automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and deliver IT & Data strategy aligned with business growth.
* Oversee IT operations and manage third-party suppliers.
* Drive automation (RPA, low-code) and digital enablement.
* Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation and optimisation.
* Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance.
* Build and lead a high-performing IT & Data team.
Requirements:
* Senior IT leadership experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
* Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Azure, and automation platforms.
* Proven track record in IT modernisation and digital transformation.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
