Bid Manager Remote / Yorkshire An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bid Manager to join a well-established organisation operating within a highly competitive sector. This role offers the chance to take ownership of end-to-end bid processes, supporting business growth through high-quality tender submissions. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end bid process from initial opportunity through to submission Identify, assess, and respond to tender opportunities across relevant frameworks and portals Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather technical, operational, and financial input Develop high-quality, compelling written responses tailored to client requirements Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and bid deliverables to ensure timely submissions Maintain and improve bid libraries, templates, and supporting documentation Analyse bid outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve success rates Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and tender requirements Build strong relationships across departments to support bid strategy and delivery Requirements Proven experience in a Bid Manager or similar bid/tender writing role Strong understanding of public and/or private sector procurement processes Excellent written communication and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Commercial awareness and strategic thinking Experience within health and social care (desirable but not essential) What’s on Offer Competitive salary package DOE Flexible remote working with occasional travel to Yorkshire Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative working environment If you're open to a conversation, send me a message or drop your CV across and I'll match you to the right provider and package. syed@skurecruitment.co.uk | 07494084497
