Overview
Based at Idle Valley Nature Centre. Zero hours – must be available on weekends. Salary: National Minimum Wage. Closing date: 30 September 2025.
Responsibilities
* Casual Retail and Catering Assistant duties in the Idle Valley Nature Centre Café, including front of house and barista tasks as needed.
* Provide excellent customer service and be warm, friendly and helpful to visitors.
* Operate the till, wash up, replenish stock and assist team members as required.
* Give directions to visitors and support the team to ensure a smooth café operation.
* Think on your feet with a proactive approach and a “can-do” attitude.
Qualifications
Customer Service/Front of House/Barista experience are beneficial but not essential as training will be provided. You will have guidance and support from the manager and colleagues.
