The Role:
* Full responsibility for all culinary operations across two busy restaurants
* Menu creation and innovation, showcasing seasonal, local produce
* Leadership, development, and training of a passionate brigade
* Driving kitchen performance, GP targets, stock control and H&S compliance
* Working closely with senior leadership to elevate the F&B offering

Ideal Candidate:
* Currently an Executive Head Chef or ambitious Head Chef within a premium hospitality venue
* Proven experience managing multi-outlet operations or busy restaurant kitchens
* Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
* Excellent knowledge of modern British and European cuisine
* A focus on quality, consistency, and sustainability
* Strong financial acumen and understanding of GP, rota planning, and stock
