Our Clients busy Nursery near Chertsey are looking for a Nursery Manager to support and lead tje day running of their setting. Working a 40 hour week, salary is c£44k depending on experience. With loads of great benefits included too.

Requirements
What are Clients are looking for
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
At least 4 years experience of working within a day nursery
Experience of a management role, in leading and supporting a teams.
Understanding of the Ofsted Requirements and up to date knowledge of all changes in Ofsted or the Curriculum
A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
Inspirational, passionate and supportive leadership skills
Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
