This role offers a salary of £30,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience) and flexible working hours within a Monday to Friday schedule. * Proven customer service experience within a transport or haulage company (essential).
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Leading and supporting a small customer service team.
* Managing customer accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
* Handling escalated queries and ensuring swift resolution.
* Coordinating with the transport planning and operations teams.
* Monitoring service levels and implementing improvements where needed.
* Supporting with reporting, KPIs, and process development.
* Monitoring the customer and transport inbox.
* Completing customer-specific reports with previous day’s deliveries.
* Handling customer issues that arise during the day.
