Up to £47,000 Basic plus OTE
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (no weekends!)
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician / Mechanic qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service & Repair or equivalent.
This role will be based within a busy Automotive Workshop, carrying out service and repair on a range of vehicles. The successful candidate should be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and will receive industry‑leading support and training to progress their skills. You should be highly organised, conscientious and a great team‑player with a strong work ethic, completing jobs to Dealership standard along with all associated documentation. Plenty of overtime is available and a bonus system is in place, rewarding productivity and efficiency.
About the Position
* Carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
* Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
* Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
* Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
* Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
* Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
Requirements

* An eye for detail.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Quality awareness.
* Communication skills.
* Full driving licence.
MOT is desirable.
NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair, along with at least 2 years of post‑qualification experience, are essential for this role. A valid MOT Smart Card would be beneficial.
