Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Customer Insights Manager to foster customer-centricity.
2. Develop understanding of our customers and interpret insights for action.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into insights.
4. Design research projects that meet business needs.
5. Conduct customer research, analyze data, and produce actionable findings.
6. Present insights to stakeholders in engaging formats.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Experience in customer insights or research; customer-facing experience is essential.
2. Numerate with advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly.
6. Experience with survey software like Confirmit or Forsta.
