Job Title: Catering Assistant

Hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically 4 days per week, 10:00am – 3:00pm
Term Time Only: Yes – 30 working weeks per year (paid for 33.607 weeks)
Salary: £8,206.83 per annum (equated hourly rate: £7.86)
Join Our Catering Team at Seevic USP College
We are currently recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our friendly and professional catering team at Seevic USP College in Benfleet. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing role and wants to be part of a vibrant college environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be supporting the daily food and beverage service, including:
* Providing excellent customer service to students and staff
* Operating the till and handling payments
* Preparing and serving food and drinks, including Starbucks beverages
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the catering area
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and time management skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous experience in catering or customer service is helpful but not essential
