Your role You will provide an advice, information and support services to families using hospital services at the Great Northern Children’s Hospital. What we’re looking for Experience of working with and supporting families who have disabled children. Good organisational and administrative skills. Knowledge and experience of the issues and concerns that affect families who have disabled children e.g. benefits, social care, and education. Knowledge and experience of welfare benefits, especially DLA/PIP and other benefits targeted at families with disabled children. Good communication, listening skills, time management and networking skills.
