Job Description
Type A Media is seeking an SEO Account Manager to plan, manage, and deliver SEO services for our clients.
This role involves both client interaction and SEO delivery. You will collaborate with a team of technical SEO specialists, digital PR consultants, and copywriters to achieve SEO results for our clients.
The position is primarily client service-oriented, with approximately 70% of your time dedicated to managing client strategy and communication, and 30% to developing high-level SEO deliverables and supporting your team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Understanding SEO deliverables and creating presentations to explain them to clients
* Generating reports to monitor clients' SEO performance
* Developing presentations and providing SEO analysis to clients
* Presenting team work during client calls
* Writing status updates and responding to client queries via email
Monthly Activities
* Collaborating with specialists to plan new client deliverables aligned with strategy
* Analyzing performance, preparing quarterly business reviews, and presenting findings to clients
Skills Required
* Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine trends
* Proficiency in building and analyzing reports from GSC, GA, GTM, and Looker Studio
* Excellent communication skills and personable demeanor for client interactions
* Highly organized with experience in planning and managing work delivery
Travel
The ideal candidate should reside in London and be able to commute within an hour for monthly client meetings.
Experience
* At least 5 years of experience working in a digital agency in a client services role
Interview Process
The interview process consists of three stages:

* An SEO strategy and critical thinking task
* A final interview to present your work
