As a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner, you'll be a vital member of our dynamic recruiting team, working closely with our business and recruiters to ignite our talent pipeline and shape our organization's future.
In this role, you will collaborate with your dedicated recruiters, understanding their business needs and contributing your expertise to develop innovative sourcing strategies that attract candidates with the right qualifications. Your talent market insights will influence our outreach and location strategy. You will leverage diverse recruiting and sourcing tools—from LinkedIn Recruiter and social media to internal databases and networking—to proactively build a pipeline of highly qualified candidates for current and future opportunities. You will prospect and engage potential candidates, spark their interest, and conduct initial screenings. Your ability to connect with individuals and articulate compelling opportunities will be key in converting prospects into enthusiastic candidates. Additionally, you will cultivate and nurture a robust network of top-tier talent and gather market intelligence to keep us competitive.
Key Requirements for success as a Talent Sourcer:
* Talent Sourcing & Research Expertise: Experience in sourcing pan-EMEA, including Europe, Middle East, and Africa, is essential. This includes emerging markets and developing competitive market intelligence using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights and Gartner Talent Neuron.
* Effective Communication Skills: Ability to gather information through various channels, including calls and in-person networking, to identify prospects.
* Exceptional Listening Skills: Ability to actively listen and translate information into compelling narratives.
* Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information, processes, and market trends.
* Strong Storytelling Abilities: Using data and insights to craft engaging stories that attract candidates.
* Trustworthiness and Credibility: Building trust through data-supported stories and claims.
