They are seeking a creative, dynamic and highly organised Marketing Assistant to support the marketing manager and wider marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer with a passion for social media, content creation and hospitality to work across a portfolio of award-winning brands.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring online and offline marketing remains engaging and relevant while helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
* Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing and offline channels.
* Manage and update brand websites, ensuring content is accurate and current.
* Capture photography and videography content in line with marketing and events calendars.
* Manage CRM initiatives and support customer communication campaigns.
* Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to engage audiences through emerging platforms.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure awareness of marketing activity.
Essential Criteria
* Third-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
* Minimum of two years experience within a marketing role.
* Experience managing social media channels and creating digital content.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational, time management and project management abilities.
* High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Criteria
* Photography and videography experience.
* Previous experience within the hospitality, tourism or leisure industry.
* Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
* Experience using design and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
