In this role, you'll work alongside our HE and Adult Student Support Coordinator to create a vibrant, supportive environment that empowers students to thrive in their studies and reach exciting futures. You'll build meaningful relationships with students, helping to identify those who may benefit from extra support, and connecting them with the right resources. With a focus on safeguarding and inclusivity, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to student success and wellbeing while contributing to our college's mission and development goals. What we're looking for:

* Previous experience of working with students in a support-based capacity.
* Able to demonstrate empathy and establish effective relationships.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* The ability to remain calm under pressure.
* An excellent team player.

What we offer:

* Annual Salary: £10,987.17 [FTE £23,871]
* Part-time position, 20 hours per week, Term Time only, across 40 term weeks. We are open to discussions regarding how the hours can be covered throughout the week.
