Manufacturing Administrator - Packaging

We are currently working with a well-established corrugated packaging manufacturer wo are looking to recruit a Quotation Administrator to join their busy and supportive commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-focused and organised individual with experience in quotation-based roles within a packaging environment. You will play a key role in preparing and managing customer quotations, liaising with internal departments and suppliers, and ensuring a high level of service is always delivered.
The Role
* Prepare and manage customer quotations using internal systems
* Maintain accurate records of pricing, customer information, and approvals
* Liaise with internal teams to support order processing and customer requests
* Coordinate documentation and track sample or design requests
* Assist with compliance checks and generate routine reports
* Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and document control
The Person:
* Proven experience in an administrative or support role within a manufacturing environment (preferably packaging)
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment is an advantage
Salary and Benefits:
