As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, providing essential assistance to students to help them achieve their full potential.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Provide guidance and support to students, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
* Address general inquiries and deliver constructive feedback after cover lessons.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches and offer support to students with varying needs.
* Contribute to student well-being and cultivate a nurturing ethos within the school community.
