Responsibilities
As Hire Desk Manager, you will manage a team of hire controllers to ensure that excellent customer service is delivered to the Client in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), maximizing Sunbelt Rentals' opportunities to increase revenue and market share. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing excellent customer service while managing customer expectations within the SLA framework.
2. Collaborating with Sunbelt Rentals Service Centres to ensure a seamless customer experience.
3. Developing strong customer ownership, understanding all aspects of the SLA, customer requirements, and processes.
4. Operating remotely within the customer environment.
5. Building effective customer relationships across all client sites.

About You
We will provide training and support for your personal development and career growth. To succeed as Hire Desk Manager, you should have:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a Contact or Service Centre environment.
2. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for effective communication at all levels.
3. A strong customer service ethic, proactive in resolving issues and improving standards.
4. Effective planning, organization, and attention to detail.
5. Leadership skills with experience in people management and development.
