Applications are invited for the position of Medical Recruitment and Employment Services Officer.
Main duties of the job
To support the Medical Recruitment Team Leader and Medical HR Officer to ensure the provision of a comprehensive Medical HR service; providing advice and support to managers, staff and candidates on the full range of medical HR matters.
To develop knowledge of the various Terms and Conditions of Service for medical and dental staff in order to provide accurate advice to staff and managers .
To provide recruitment and selection advice on the recruitment of all grades of medical and dental staff, and provide guidance and support to managers whilst ensuring best practice and compliance with Trust and legislative requirements.

Experience
* Experience of working in a Human Resources/ Personnel/ Recruitment environment.
* Administration / general office experience
* NHS Experience, in particular NHS medical recruitment experience
* Additional Recruitment / Personnel / Human Resources experience
Skills
* Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office / computer skills
* Excellent keyboard skills
Knowledge
* Working knowledge of Data Protection
Qualifications
* Good general education. Passes (A-C) in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
* Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent
* ECDL (or equivalent)
