About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic (Fixed Term Contract - 6-9 months) National Account Manager to join our Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods team. This role is pivotal in helping us meet and exceed our customers' growth ambitions. If you’re bursting with energy and have a 'we can if...' mindset, this is the place for you!

Our commercial team is a fantastic environment for career development, especially as both our branded and private label businesses are thriving. While our head office is in Staines (with a hybrid working model), be prepared for some travel to customer offices and our sites across the UK.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

* Manage key customer P&L, ensuring we hit our Budgeted Plan on volume, revenue, and margin.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to uncover and deliver new growth opportunities.
* Plan, develop, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
* Leverage your experience with branded products to succeed in retail.
* Be the voice of the customer internally, leading teams to foster a growth mindset.
* Handle account administration, including promotions, forecasting, dispute management, and price changes.
* Travel to customer and Kerry sites across the UK.


Qualifications and Skills

We’re looking for someone who has:

* A degree-level qualification or equivalent (desirable).
* Strong experience managing and developing 'Mults' customers, especially in the branded space; own label experience is a plus.
* A collaborative spirit and a strong team player.
* Availability to commute to Staines two days a week.
* Willingness to travel to customers within the UK.
* High energy and a strong desire to drive growth.
* A proactive and ambitious approach to your work.
