This is a phone-based B2B telesales and lead generation role, contacting care home managers, owners and directors nationwide to book qualified appointments for the Business Development Manager. You will be promoting FREE NHS-funded services for care homes, alongside additional support including staff training, dementia-friendly signage, compliance reports and aftercare tools that support CQC compliance and improve resident wellbeing. This role suits someone with experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting or lead generation, who is target-driven and motivated by earning strong commission while doing meaningful work.
