You will support daily operations, troubleshoot process issues, and drive continuous improvement to ensure wastewater discharge meets permit requirements.### **Key Responsibilities*** Own and monitor biological ETP performance to ensure stable operation and regulatory compliance.* Optimise aeration, chemical dosing, sludge management, and overall treatment efficiency.* Provide technical support to operators and resolve process upsets.* Analyse process data, manage sampling and monitoring, and support audits and reporting.* Lead or support improvement initiatives and changes using MOC principles.* Promote strong health, safety, and environmental standards.### **What you'll do*** Own and monitor the performance of the biological Effluent Treatment Plant to ensure stable operation and environmental compliance.* Optimise key processes such as aeration, chemical dosing, and sludge management.* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for day-to-day operations and process upsets.* Analyse process and compliance data, manage sampling, and support audits and reporting.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives while promoting strong health, safety, and environmental standards.### **What You Bring*** Degree or equivalent experience in Chemical, Environmental, or related Engineering.* Experience with industrial wastewater or effluent treatment processes.* Strong problem-solving skills and confidence working with process data.* Knowledge of environmental permitting and compliance requirements.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
