About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Stratford, supporting customers in the healthcare sector. You will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare professionals, providing exceptional service and ensuring queries are handled efficiently and with care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Provide clear, accurate information and support to customers regarding healthcare services
* Log and update records on internal systems
* Liaise with colleagues and external partners to resolve issues effectively
* Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
What We're Looking For:
* Previous customer service experience (ideally in healthcare or a similar sector)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive situations
