Work with York Limited are looking for an experienced Executive Support Assistant or PA to support 3 Assistant Directors.
This is a full time, temporary role, initially for approximately 3 months, but could be scope for longer. The role offers hybrid working, with an occasional requirement to work in the office outside York City Centre.
This position will suit a flexible and tenacious PA capable of working on their own initiative to the highest standards. Applicants must be competent in the use of MS Office applications.
Pay is highly competitive, depending on experience and qualifications.
This role will include:-
1. Acting as first point of contact, dealing with all correspondence and telephone calls.
2. Managing the directors diaries, organising meetings and appointment bookings
3. Reminding of important tasks and deadlines.
4. Using range of MS Office applications to prepare and compile reports, presentations and correspondence.
