We are looking for a Fundraising Coordinator to join our Income Generation team, supporting our work with Major Donors, Corporate Partners, and Trusts & Foundations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and motivated by making a real difference. Working closely with senior fundraisers, you will play a key role in helping to build strong, long-term relationships with supporters and ensuring they receive excellent stewardship and a positive experience. You don’t need to be an expert in all areas, we’re looking for someone with the right skills, attitude, and a willingness to learn. What you’ll be doing Supporting the delivery of major donor, corporate, and trust fundraising activity Helping to research and prepare donor proposals, funding applications, and reports Coordinating meetings, events, communications, and follow-up actions Ensuring supporters are thanked and kept informed about the impact of their support Maintaining accurate records and income tracking on our CRM system Working collaboratively with colleagues across fundraising, marketing, finance, and services About you We’d love to hear from you if you are: Experience of managing and working with fundraising databases Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident in written communication and able to adapt your tone for different audiences Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Proactive, reliable, and keen to develop a career in fundraising Passionate about supporting a cause that really matters Experience in fundraising or the charity sector is helpful but not essential — we welcome applications from people with transferable skills and a genuine interest in relationship-based fundraising.
