About the Role: As a Support Worker within the Adult Centre setting, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: ? Encouraging independence and personal development ? Supporting individuals with daily living activities ? Assisting with engaging activities and planned community day trips ? Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive environment This role is perfect for individuals who are caring, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting others to achieve their full potential. ?? Please note: An Enhanced Access NI check must be completed prior to your start date.
