What we are looking for:
* A proven track record ofoutstanding teaching, with consistently strong observation feedback.
* Experience supporting students with EHCPs and High Needs, and a deep understanding of inclusive practice.
* Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and delivering impactful CPD.
* Passionate about innovation in TLA, including the use of digital tools and educational technology.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence and inspire colleagues.
Duties/responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate exemplary teaching practice and inspire colleagues to adopt inclusive strategies that improve outcomes for EHCP and High Needs learners.
2. Provide formal and informal one-to-one coaching, including through the Intensive Support Process.
3. Mentor new teachers and staff new to the College.
