About the Role Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the History curriculum to ensure high standards of teaching and learning. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of History teachers. Curriculum Development: Oversee the design and delivery of the History curriculum. Assessment and Standards: Ensure high standards of achievement through effective assessment and tracking. External Relations: Represent the department in school and community events. The Ideal Candidate Proven leadership experience in a secondary school setting.
