As a Principal Technical Program Manager in CTO Enterprise Services and Platforms (ESP), you will lead complex, multi-functional technology projects and programs that will impact experiences for multiple groups across the firm, including clients, employees, and stakeholders. Job responsibilities
1. Develops and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration
2. Executes programs transparently, predictably, on schedule, to budget and quality by taking an agile, data-driven and metrics-focused approach to program governance and execution
3. Oversees complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks
4. Fosters strong relationships with stakeholders including CIOs, their delegates and teams across the LOBs, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcome
5. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
6. Utilizes advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations
7. Champions the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
8. Guides the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools leveraging advanced technical fluency
9. Champions continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
10. Software development or systems engineering experience
11. Expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
12. Proven track record in agile, data-driven and metrics-focused program governance and management
13. Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
14. Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
15. Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
16. Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
17. Experience working with Excel VBA, advanced excel skillset
18. Experience working with AI program management tooling
