Administrative Assistant - Part Time (20 hours) - T/T only + 2 SDDs
The Post
Required for 1 September 2026, the Trustees are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to provide a highly efficient, pro-active and reliable service to support the main office and assist with general administrative duties, Reception and hospitality.
This role requires a candidate who is approachable, positive, reliable and can work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates should have good numeracy and literacy skills, excellent ICT skills and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience of working in a school would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
Hours of work are 20 per week to be agreed, Monday to Friday
This is a term time only post plus 2 Staff Development Days across the year.
