Oversee Engineering team and ensure output is in line with company goals
Manage and assign Engineering resource to multiple projects
Performance reviews & appraisals
Training/upskilling practices
Contribute to overall direction of Engineering Department
Update and upkeep of Engineering Library
Ensure fluid communication between clients and Engineering Department for all client matters.
10 years’ experience in Engineering project delivery roles
