What you’ll be doing
* Supporting and delivering end‑to‑end tender and quotation processes.
* Working with services, Legal and Finance to develop specifications and tender documentation.
* Helping ensure strong contract management arrangements are in place.
* Supporting spend analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Building positive working relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
* Contributing to a collaborative, customer‑focused procurement service.
At the higher grade, you’ll lead more complex tenders, provide professional advice and work with greater autonomy, while supporting and mentoring others.
About you
* Experience of procurement, tendering or contract management, or equivalent transferable experience.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* A practical, solutions‑focused mindset.
* An interest in public sector procurement and achieving value for money.
* A willingness to learn, develop and work collaboratively.
