💰 £45,000 – £50,000 Basic + Company Vehicle
🕒 Full-Time | Monday – Friday
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Divisional Marketing Manager to join a well-established automotive dealer group, supporting a portfolio of leading and emerging OEM brands across Essex.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to Divisional leadership, offering genuine autonomy and influence across multiple sites. The successful candidate will drive brand presence, lead generation and marketing performance across both established and fast-growing automotive brands.
The position is field-based and requires regular travel across dealership locations within the division.

You will play a key role in strengthening brand positioning, supporting sales growth and enhancing customer engagement across the division.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as brand guardian, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and processes
* Develop and execute quarterly divisional marketing plans
* Identify and implement proactive marketing initiatives across multiple sites
* Create and manage engaging digital and social media content
* Monitor, analyse and report on marketing ROI and campaign performance
* Review customer feedback data and implement actions to improve reputation and online visibility
* Support local events, promotions and ad-hoc marketing opportunities
Candidate Profile
* Proven marketing experience within the automotive sector (dealer group or OEM)
* Strong digital marketing and social media capability
* Commercially focused with the ability to measure and demonstrate ROI
* Confident communicator who can work effectively with senior leadership and site teams
* Hands-on approach with the ability to operate in lean, performance-driven environments
* Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple locations
This position would suit a current Automotive Marketing Manager, Group Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive ready to step into a broader divisional role.
