General Manager required for our Automotive car restoration Client.
Our Client based in Kenilworth, are seeking a General Manager to oversee the running of their car restoration business.
Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £42,000 + performance-related bonus.

Specification:
- Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
- A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success
- Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
- Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
- Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.
For your hard work as a General Manager with our Client, you can expect a salary of £42000.
