Assistant Quantity Surveyor * Main Contractor * Teesside * Salary – £28,000 - £35,000 Lemon Drizzle Recruitment has been appointed to find an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor based in Teesside. They predominately work in the healthcare sector, delivering refurbishment and new build projects up to 15m. You’ll be office-based and will be expected to visit site as and when required working on a mixture of NEC 3 and NEC 4 contracts. What you’ll be responsible for You will support 3 surveyors with a healthcare refurbishment project ensuring clear and accurate budgets are produced.
