About theNursery Manager Role:
As our Nursery Manager, youll be the captain of our happy little ship leading a passionate team, building strong relationships with families, and creating an environment where children thrive and staff feel inspired. Youll ensure we meet all the right standards (and then some!) while making every day feel special.
What Youll Be Doing:
Leading and inspiring a fantastic team of early years professionals
Creating a safe, nurturing, and magical learning environment

Keeping things running smoothly from rotas to regulations
Championing best practice in safeguarding, inclusion, and child development
What Were Looking For in aNursery Manager:
A Level 3 (or above!) in Early Years or Childcare
Previous nursery leadership or deputy manager experience
A warm, confident communicator and people-person
A calm head and a kind heart even during glitter explosions!
Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding
