As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you’ll work closely with an expert team, gaining hands-on experience across a range of marketing tools and strategies. From campaign automation to data-driven communications, you'll be part of a team that’s transforming how businesses connect with their audiences. · Own and manage a portfolio of clients as their primary point of contact, building trusted, long-lasting relationships. · Drive platform adoption and client engagement by providing expert advice, tailored recommendations, and ongoing support aligned with client goals. · Deliver proactive success strategies by identifying pain points, offering timely solutions, and helping clients realise measurable business value. · Conduct 1:1 and group training sessions to empower clients to effectively use the platform’s full features, boosting adoption and marketing impact. · Design and customise email templates tailored to client brands and campaign goals, and train users to build and edit templates independently. · Lead bi-annual business reviews to share performance insights, platform impact, and develop actionable plans for ongoing success. · Monitor customer health and engagement, taking proactive steps to improve retention, satisfaction, and platform usage. · Advocate for clients internally by sharing feedback with product, support, and development teams, while staying up to date on product updates and industry trends.
