About the Role
Are you an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Technician looking for your next step?
We have an exciting part-time (30 hours per week) opportunity to join a friendly GP practice in East Kennet.
This is a hands-on, patient-focused role where youll help ensure the smooth running of daily operations and provide expert support and advice to patients and colleagues. Youll be at the heart of the practice, helping to improve medication safety, streamline processes, and enhance patient care.
Hours can be worked flexibly within the practices core opening times, but must include Thursdays and Fridays.
No CPPE pathway required just your passion, experience, and professional know-how.
What Youll Be Doing
As an Onsite Primary Care Pharmacy Technician, youll:
* Support your GP practice team with all aspects of medicines management
* Handle medication reconciliations and prescription screening
* Resolve patient medication queries and liaise with local pharmacies
* Support medication monitoring, recalls, and synchronisation
* Assist with prescribing audits, shared care protocols, and safety alerts
* Help improve patient access and outcomes as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team
(Full training and guidance provided where needed.)

What Were Looking For
Essential:
* Have a Level 3 Pharmacy Technician qualification
* A relevant qualification to show you are a registered Pharmacy Technician (GPhC registered)
* Experience using SystemOne
