Location: Central London
£50,000 - £55,000 Per Annum (Highly competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience)
The Role
* Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Managing a team of Paralegals.
* Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
* Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
* Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm’s reputation and client base.
* Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
* Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.
The Ideal Candidate
* Conveyancing Expertise – 3+ years’ PQE as a solicitor or licensed conveyancer with proven residential property experience.
* IT Proficiency – Experience using case management systems and confidence in working with digital workflows.
* Strong Communication Skills – Clear and professional written and verbal communication, with a focus on excellent client care.
* Drive & Ambition – A strong work ethic and a commitment to career progression.
* Team Player Mentality – A collaborative and supportive approach, working effectively within a dynamic team.
