At The Three Bishops, we take pride in our welcoming atmosphere, delicious seasonal menus, and a bar stocked with local ales and tempting tipples.
We’re now looking for a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to help lead our team and ensure the smooth running of the pub.
The Role:
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the pub, supporting the General Manager and ensuring our guests receive top-tier hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service
* Support the management team in staff training, development, and supervision
* Monitor and uphold high standards in food, beverage, and cleanliness
* Help manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Contribute to event planning and promotions to enhance customer experience
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
About You:
* Previous experience in hospitality or a supervisory role
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Passion for great food, drinks, and customer service
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the role
The Details:
* Permanent, full-time role
* Salary dependent on experience
