Your main responsibilities as a Payroll Administrator will include being responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
* Using our payroll, time and attendance systems
* Validating and verifying clockings on site
* Ensuring all exceptions are authorized by relevant managers
* Updating system for holiday / sickness payments
* Collating and reporting KPI's for use within the factory
As a Payroll Administrator you will have a passion for delivering high standards within your job role. You'll have a professional manner, you'll be prepared to learn and work well in a busy, fast paced environment, you'll be able to work to tight deadlines and produce accurate reports.
Qualifications
* Experience of using payroll systems
* A good level of English both written and spoken
* Good communication skills
* Good accuracy and attention to detail
* Highly proficient excel skills
